Victor Henriquez Morales, the founder of the Victor Morales Group, has always been driven by a singular dream: to create luxury fashion and brands that break the rules and stand out.
With Chilean and German roots and an unstoppable spirit, Victor immersed himself in the world of fashion, art, and photography from an early age. His journey began at just 19 in Munich, when he founded his first fashion label, FELIZIANO, while working part-time jobs to fund his passion. During this time, he also studied graphic design and learned tailoring in evening classes, honing his skills and deepening his understanding of the craft.
Victor’s entrepreneurial flair was undeniable. By 23, he was leading a thriving company with over 25 employees. Despite facing setbacks, Victor turned every challenge into a stepping stone. Over the past 12 years, he has founded six companies with locations in Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, France, and Poland, establishing himself as an expert in business leadership. His resilience and relentless pursuit of excellence have forged him into the successful designer and entrepreneur he is today.
Victor has also served as CEO, Marketing & Creative Director for leading companies, solidifying his reputation as a powerhouse in the industry.
In 2024, the Victor Morales Group was born, featuring the luxury brands VICTOR MORALES and THE MEN BEHIND.
Based in the electric atmosphere of Ibiza, these brands encapsulate Victor’s dream of creating fashion that offers an escape into a world of bold elegance and rebellious sophistication.
It has always been his dream to run his own fashion label and create luxury clothing that empowers you to feel strong, edgy, and authentically yourself.
